Agua de Horchata
Ingredients:
– 1 Cup of Rice
– 4 Cups of Water
– 1 Cinnamon Stick
– 1 Can of Evaporated Milk
– 1 Can of Condensed Milk
– 5 Cups of Milk
– 1 Cup of Water
– 1 Tbsp. of Ground Cinnamon
– Optional: Add sugar if you want it more sweet
– Ice
Directions :
Add a cup of rice, 4 cups of water and a cinammon stick to a bowl. Let it sit on the countertop overnight.
The next day, uncover and put it in the blender. Blend well.
Place a strain over a pitcher and carefully pour it in. Then, add the evaporated milk, whole milk, condensed milk, water and ground cinnamon.
If you want it more sweet, add sugar. Mix well then refrigerate for a couple hours.
