Easy Stuffing Balls
Oh, my dear friends, if you’re anything like me, you know the joy of a warm, hearty meal straight from the oven. These Easy Stuffing Balls have been a favorite in our home for years – simple, comforting, and oh-so-delicious. And the best part? They’re so easy to make!
Ingredients
• 4 cups dry stuffing mix
• 1 cup chicken broth (nothing beats that homemade taste!)
• ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
• 2 eggs, beaten (extra love in every bite!)
• 1 small onion, chopped
• ½ cup celery, chopped
• 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning (my secret ingredient for that perfect flavor!)
• Salt and pepper (just a pinch of love)
• Fresh parsley for garnish (if you like a little color on your plate!)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment so the balls don’t stick – we want perfect, golden brown stuffing balls every time!
In a big mixing bowl, combine your dry stuffing mix, chicken broth, and melted butter. Let it soak for a few minutes – trust me, that extra time makes all the difference!
Add the eggs, onions, celery, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Give it a good stir and watch it come together into something truly special!
Now, roll them into cute little golf-ball-sized balls (they’re the perfect bite-sized treat!), and place them on your baking sheet.
Pop them in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Wait for that lovely golden-brown color – your house is going to smell so good!
Once baked, serve them warm with a sprinkle of fresh parsley. These are sure to be the talk of the dinner table!
These are perfect for any occasion – a Sunday family dinner, a holiday feast, or just because you’re craving something comforting. Don’t miss my next recipe—thanks for being here!
