Here’s what you’ll need:
3 pieces overripe bananas (290g)
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar (150g)
3/4 cup oil (180ml)
1/3 cup milk (80ml)
3 tbsp plain yogurt (45g)
1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour (190g)
1 tsp baking powder (5g)
1 tsp baking soda (5g)

Instructions:

1▪️Preheat oven at 170ºC(340ºF). Mash 3 overripe bananas, set aside. Beat together eggs, sugar and oil until light and fluffy.

2▪️Add milk, yogurt, vanilla and salt. Mix well.

3▪️Sift in flour all purpose flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until no lamp is visible. Do not over mix.

4▪️Add mashed bananas. Mix just until combined.

5▪️Grease an 8 inch pan and line with parchment paper. Place batter in the pan.

6▪️Bake in a preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.

7▪️Let it cool down for a while. Transfer to a serving plate.
