How to make 3 ingredient Basque Cheesecake

How to make 3 ingredient Basque Cheesecake, super quick and easy to make. It will take few minutes to prepare.
Here’s what you’ll need:
2 (8oz) cream cheese (2 cups or 500 grams)
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (150g)
3 eggs
Please note: All ingredients should be in room temperature. Two 8 oz of cream cheese is 500 grams because i used Philadelphia brand, you can use any brand even if it’s 226 grams each block, a total of 452 grams.

Instructions:

1▪️Preheat oven at 200ºC or 400ºF. Crumple some parchment paper, and place it in a 6×3 inches springform round pan.

2▪️In a mixing bowl, cream together 2 blocks of softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

3▪️Add sweetened condensed milk and mix.

4▪️Beat 3 large eggs and gradually add to the mixture, mixing after every addition.

5▪️Pour batter gently in the prepared pan. Tap to release excess bubbles.

6▪️Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes. Should be jiggly in the center.

7▪️Let it cool down completely or refrigerate.

8▪️Serve and enjoy! Super rich and creamy cheesecake.
