Green Chile Cheeseburger Loaded Fries
Ingredients:
22 ounces Waffle Fries, frozen
1 pound Ground Beef
1 Tbsp. Desert Gardens Taco & Burrito Seasoning
1/4 cup Onion, finely diced
2 dill pickles, sliced
6 ounces American Cheese
1/4 cup Milk
1/2 cup Santa Fe Ole Roasted Hatch Green Chile
Directions:
Cook the waffle fries according to the instructions on the package.
While the fries cook, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat. Season with taco & burrito seasoning.
When meat is fully cooked drain the grease and return to skillet and set aside.
In a small saucepan combine the American cheese and milk. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until fully melted and the consistency is runny enough to drizzle over fries.
Stir in green chile.
Place cooked fries on a large plate or and top with ground beef, then pour green chile cheese sauce on top, sprinkle with onions and pickles.
