Festive Goat Cheese Balls
Festive Goat Cheese Balls – Creamy, sweet, tangy and delicious festive appetizer made with goat cheese, cream cheese, cranberries and pistachios. Perfect for Christmas!
Ingredients
- 10 Tablespoons Goat Cheese
- 10 Tablespoons Cream Cheese
- ½ Cup Chopped Dried Cranberries
- ½ Cup Chopped Pistachios
- ¼ Cup Chopped Cilantro or Parsley
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- A Pinch of Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes
Instructions

Combine the softened cheeses, salt, honey and red chilli flakes in a mixing bowl.

Mix everything until creamy and well combined.

Add ¼th cup of chopped dried cranberries, ¼th cup of chopped pistachios and ⅛ th cup chopped cilantro to the creamed cheeses.

Gently mix everything using a spatula. If you want to shape the mixture into a large ball instead of tiny balls, chill the mixture at this stage for at least 30 minutes for easy rolling. You don’t need to chill the mixture before rolling if you want to make small balls.

Combine the remaining chopped cranberries, pistachios and cilantro in a small bowl or plate.

Give it a mix.

Take a spoonful of cheese mixture and lightly roll it into a ball.

Roll it in the cranberry nut mixture well.

Take it out of the bowl and roll it between your palms to coat the cranberries neatly.

Let them chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Serve them with crackers.
