Mango Lassi Chia Pudding
Mango Lassi Chia Pudding – Creamy, delectable, and fusion breakfast dish that combines the aromatic flavors of Indian Mango Lassi with goodness of chia seeds. It can be served as a healthy breakfast, a snack, or even a dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Yogurt
- 1 Heaping Cup Chopped Sweet Mango
- ⅛ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (optional)
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar (or as needed)
- ½ Teaspoon Cardamom Powder
- 4 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
Instructions

Combine yogurt, chopped mangoes, sugar, turmeric powder (if using) and cardamom powder in a blender jar.

Blend everything until nice and smooth.

Transfer the puree to a bowl and add chia seeds.

Mix everything well and refrigerate it for 2-3 hours or overnight.

Once it is set, give it a mix and transfer it to serving bowls.

Top it with chopped nuts and fresh mango pieces.
