Velvety Cinnamon Swirl Loaf

How to make moist and velvety soft Cinnamon Swirl Loaf.

Here’s what you’ll need:
3/4 cup unsalted butter (170g)
1 and 1/4 cup sugar (250g)
2 tbsp oil (30ml)
3 large eggs (room temp)
1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
2 and 1/4 cup cake flour (270g) or 2 cups all purpose flour (250g)
1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder (6g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
1/2 cup of milk (120ml)
CINNAMONN FILLING:
1/4 cup unsalted butter (50g)
1/4 cup brown sugar (50g)
2 tsp cinnamon powder (6g)
2 tbsp flour (16g)
1 tsp vanilla (5ml)
Almond Slivers for toppings

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven at 170C/350F

2. Cream softened butter until light and fluffy.

3. Add sugar and beat until thick and creamy.

4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after every addition. Then add vanilla.

5. Sift in dry ingredients and and mix.

6. Add milk and mix just until combined.

7. Mix all ingredients for Cinnamon filling until smooth.

8. Place half of the batter in a 9×5″ loaf dish, greased and lined with parchment paper.

9. Place half of the filling then add the rest of the batter and the filling on top then swirl using a skewer or chopsticks to create a marbling effect.

10. Top with almond slivers.

11. Bake in a preheated oven for 60-65 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.

12. let it cool down completely.
