Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake
A creamy delight with a sweet crunch topping that screams berrylicious!
Ingredients:
Crust:
2 cups crushed golden Oreos
5 tbsp melted butter
Cheesecake Filling:
16 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
½ cup strawberry puree
½ cup sour cream
Strawberry Crunch Topping:
1 cup crushed golden Oreos
1 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
3 tbsp melted butter
Instructions:
Crust: Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Combine crushed golden Oreos and melted butter. Press into a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, eggs (one at a time), sour cream, and strawberry puree. Mix until creamy.
Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 60 minutes. Cool completely, then chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Topping: Combine crushed golden Oreos, freeze-dried strawberries, and melted butter. Sprinkle over the chilled cheesecake for a crunchy, fruity finish!
