Dessert with 2 simple ingredients
Ingredients:
- 6 small apples or 4 medium ones
- 9 oz (250 g) unsweetened chocolate
Instructions:
First, wash the apples thoroughly and cut them into small pieces. Next, place the pieces in a pot and cover them with water. Then, cook for about 20 minutes, or until they are very soft.
After that, melt the dark chocolate using your preferred method, such as a double boiler or microwave. Once melted, transfer the chocolate to a blender, add the cooked apples, and process until the mixture is smooth.
If you don’t have a blender, you can mash the apples in a food processor and then mix them well with the chocolate using a spoon.
Afterward, pour the mixture into a round glass dish and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours, or until it becomes firm.
