A timeless favorite that’s perfect for gatherings or as a tasty snack!
Instructions:
Boil the Eggs: Cover eggs with water in a saucepan, bring to a boil, remove from heat, and let sit for 12 minutes. Cool in ice water.
Prepare the Filling: Peel and halve eggs. Mix yolks with mayo, mustard, hot sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Fill the Eggs: Spoon or pipe the mixture into egg white halves.
Garnish: Sprinkle with paprika and chopped chives.
Serve: Chill for at least an hour before serving
