Cheesy Oatmeal Mozzarella Patties
Ingredients
1 cup (90g) oatmeal
100g (1 cup) mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 large eggs
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon dry garlic (or garlic powder)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the oatmeal, shredded mozzarella, parsley, eggs, salt, pepper, and dry garlic. Stir until a dough-like consistency forms.
Divide the mixture: Separate the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into round patties.
Bake: Place the patties onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve warm: Remove from the oven, let them cool slightly, and enjoy warm.
